This moonlit evening makes an appearance and the children’s voices fade away
I wonder if you are somewhere far far away in this sky
Do you somehow remember that constellation we found at the park we slipped through into together at the end of summer?
Even if I can’t meet you I want to go through my memories and see the same happiness
The fireworks suddenly open together with that aroma
I want to go to where you are, I want to start running right now
In the darkness I can’t see but I’ll be okay even if I’m afraid
The sky with countless stars is even now and forever still here
I won’t cry because of the beautiful sky I saw with you long ago

The sound of shoes reverberating to that street remains in my ear
I suppose I’m just staring at my own large shadow and thinking
There’s no way anything will change the slightest yet these painful feelings swell further
No matter how much I think about it, you’re already gone
I want to go to your side, no matter how small no matter how small
You’re who I love most, I can be strong
I tried to secretly wish upon a shooting star but
I won’t cry, I wonder if it’ll make it, to the beautiful sky

Even if I can’t meet you I want to go through my memories and see the same happiness
The fireworks suddenly open together with that aroma
I want to go where you are, and grasp that small hand tightly
I want to cry because, because the sky was so beautiful
I tried to secretly wish upon a shooting star but
I want to cry, sending a feeling that won’t be conveyed to this sky . . ..
